Product (sample) development services

Warehousing
We also provide warehousing facility to our small scale clients/retailers. We collect their purchases from different factories, store them at our warehouse, & ship them together in containers, or, as per the requirements of our clients.

For the buyers, substantial savings are effected through consolidating all their purchases in one shipment rather than several smaller fragmented shipments. In addition, they have the benefit of being shown the best and most reasonable sources of supply throughout the country, which would otherwise be hard to discover.

Thus, the freedom to buy from several locations is combined with the cost effectiveness of consolidation. Moreover, it is ensured that the goods bought are exactly the ones received with regard to both quality and quantity and professionally packed. Minor restoration, re-finishing and alterations can also be attended to. For this comprehensive service, a reasonable handling fee is charged in addition to actual costs. All related procedures like packing, clearing, documentation, insurance, freight, etc. are taken care of.

Our Infrastructure & Quality Assurance
We are a team of fifteen people, having offices in Jodhpur and Moradabad.

Ensuring the quality of the products sourced by us and ordered by our clients is a very important part of our responsibilities. We have adopted the universally acclaimed system of Quality Evaluation known as the AQL (Accepted Quality Level) 2.5/4.0. Based on the principles of categorizing defects as major and minor and following the acceptability ratio of the same, this system enables our Quality Assurance Executives to decide if the merchandise passes the quality norms of the client. It also helps them identify and solve the inherent technical problems faced during production of various fabrics/materials and thus to take precaution at early stage. We also do inspection of 100% of shipment merchandise if that is needed.

Moreover, based on the nature of the product, we ensure that they meet the technical standards, norms & regulations for the destination country/region; for example, on all textile articles, we follow the required norms of wash fastness, dry rub/crocking, light fastness for some items, etc. Likewise for metal items of edible use, we ensure that they pass the food safety test, lead content test, etc. For furniture & wooden items, we ensure that the moisture content is under tolerance levels, the wood used is kiln dried, treated & fumigated as per the buyer’s requirements, and the destination country/region norms & regulations.
